Whilst I train a variety of people I specialise in working with people who want to feel great whatever the age. Getting fitter and stronger whilst losing weight (and keeping it off!) are common goals. Often clients have some form of joint pain.

What happens outside of the training sessions is just as important as the sessions themselves, so that's why I offer a membership structure providing support alongside the training sessions.

FREE CONSULTATION

Either over the phone or in person we'll go through your medical history and some lifestyle questions.

TASTER SESSION

Get a feel for my training style and the session content. The taster session is £45.

START SMASHING YOUR GOALS!

After the taster session we'll get started, putting a plan together so you know exactly what you need to do.
