I do what I do because I love helping people change, not because I love working out. Through my own experience, I know how to get the most out of sessions and keep exercise interesting especially for those who don't live to workout!
I work with people who have tried exercise and diet plans in the past but haven’t been able to stick with them. As within my own life, I don't want exercise routines to take over or diets to be overly restrictive.
I recognise that it's all connected, physical fitness, mental health, nutrition, stress, daily activity, and sleep. That's why no stone is left unturned, combining all the bases to create lifestyle change that sticks.
Who do I train?
Whilst I train a variety of people I specialise in working with people who want to feel great whatever the age. Getting fitter and stronger whilst losing weight (and keeping it off!) are common goals. Often clients have some form of joint pain.

What happens outside of the training sessions is just as important as the sessions themselves, so that's why I offer a membership structure providing support alongside the training sessions.
£49 a week*
Additional sessions are £40 per session
*A £5 supplement for sessions at Dual gym
