A strange opening line for a Personal Trainer you might think, but hear me out.
Like most people, I didn't naturally love exercise, but I did want to get in shape, be strong and energetic. This has become my coaching superpower.
I get how you're feeling. I'm not one of those lucky people who just loves being in the gym (except when I'm coaching!).
This led me down the path of figuring out how to get inspired by exercise, how to stay consistent and how to do it in as little time as possible.

I bring a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience, having delivered sessions in gyms, parks, and even at clients' homes. I’ve also climbed the ranks from Fitness and Class Instructor to Fitness Manager at two local leisure centres. But my true passion lies in personal training—seeing people transform their bodies and minds firsthand.

In Person PT
For those looking for in person sessions in Horsham or the surrounding areas. Looking to lose weight, get stronger and take care of their health.
Online PT
This one is just for the Dads! If you've got young kids and still want to get in shape and regain your energy my online coaching will give you all the tools you need.
Aged 55+ and want to stay active but find traditional BootCamp classes too difficult. My FitCamp class is what you need. High impact on your fitness, low impact on the joints!
