ABOUT Ollie
I've been a Personal Trainer since 2016, on a mission to help the people of Horsham create lifestyle change that sticks. I got into the industry because I wanted an opportunity to help people change their lives for the better, driven by my own journey of self-development.
I know what life can feel like when you’re not healthy, have no energy, aren’t happy with the way you look and don’t sleep well. I now know how to turn it around, feel comfortable with your body, be confident, have lots of energy and love life!

I am a qualified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist. Throughout my career I have been delivering sessions in gyms, at people’s homes and down the park! I also started out as a Fitness and Class Instructor, quickly rising to the Fitness Manager position of two local leisure centres. But for me, the true passion is being involved first hand, seeing people change their lives for the better. That’s why my favourite part has always been the Personal Training and Class Instructing.

What does Health and Wellbeing look like to me?
I’m not your typical Personal Trainer; I don’t actually love using the gym myself! I have always been interested in sports but wasn't a big fan of the fitness bit; I loved playing football, hated sprint training, loved kickboxing, hated the cross-trainer. Over the years I have learnt how to blend the things I need to do with the things I enjoy and build a mindset for success. Allowing me to love having exercise as part of my daily routine and reaping the benefits. I want to do the same for you.
Health and wellbeing goals will always change and adapt. For me at the moment, they are about staying pain free, having lots of energy, feeling happy enough with the way I look and having an opportunity to de-stress. I also am looking well ahead, thinking about how I can build a lifestyle that means I can be healthy and active long into older age.
What do I specialise in?
I specialise in application. For most health and wellbeing goals of the general population, the science behind achieving them is generally quite simple. The difficult bit is applying the principles to our busy lives.
Take weight loss for example, the principle for success is to be in a calorie deficit; consume less calories than we burn. The application… a lot trickier! Fitting enough of the right intensity exercise into our busy schedules, avoiding injury, knowing our calorie requirements, knowing the calorie content of food/drink, understanding the effects of sleep/stress… the list goes on.
I’m here to save you time so you know what to focus on, and to work with you to build a lifestyle where great habits become second nature.
