The aim of the Complete Fitness Bootcamps is to help as many people as possible smash their health and fitness goals in the Horsham area. This is why alongside the standard Bootcamp there is also a Reduced Impact version so I can cater for a wide range of ages and abilities.

REDUCED IMPACT VERSION
As we get older, inactivity is the biggest underlying cause of heart disease, osteoporosis, muscle loss, obesity and premature death. So, it’s important to keep moving and keep training!

For the Reduced Impact session, follow the steps below. To make sure that the session is right for you and to ensure you get the support you need, the form must be completed before your first session. If you have limited online access let me know via step 1 and I will arrange an alternative for the booking.
